The secret to the Revolver X4ts versatility is the aluminum slats on the underside of the hard roll up tonneau cover, which make it strong, one piece, and flexible. These individual hinged slats give the roller blind a strong body, while also providing enough flexibility to hard roll up tonneau cover. On top of the slats is a strong, one-piece vinyl layer that gives the body a sleek look and overall durability, while also ensuring the slats are perfectly aligned. As a result, the Revolver X4 will roll evenly every time, unlike regular soft vinyl roller blinds that can get lopsided when maneuvered.

Unlike other roller blinds that sit 2cm or more above the bed rails of your pickup truck, the Revolver X4ts sits nearly flush with the bed rails for a clean, ultra-sleek look.
Full access to the pickup bed
The Revolver X4ts lets you use your truck bed completely in seconds—just roll up the roll-up cover and secure it behind the cab. That way, you can haul all your gear without having to remove the roll-up cover. And because the Revolver X4ts mounts inside the truck bed rails, you can still use the rack slots on your truck bed to install accessories like tie-down anchors.
Easy to use by one person
The Revolver X4ts is easy to use. Once installed, simply unfold the roller blind and press the rearmost bar of the rear door to secure the rack. The integrated latches not only secure the rear of the rack, but also secure the sides of the Revolver X4 along the length of the frame rails.
When the "hard roll up tonneau cover" is extended and the rear bar is pressed down, the latches on both sides of the tailgate are engaged. When this happens, the built-in teeth pivot down and rest on each bar of the inverted roller blind. Closing the rear bar effectively secures the roller blind to the tracks, ensuring that the roller blind remains closed throughout the entire bed. It’s that simple: no Velcro fasteners to wear out or break down. When the tailgate is closed and locked, no one can get through the roller blind, protecting the bed of the truck and its contents. The roller blind automatically locks into place when the locking levers are engaged on the tailgate. These heavy-duty levers have reinforced corners that give them extra strength and durability. And they will never need adjustment.
To roll up the blind, release the back bar by lowering the back door and pulling one of the two release cords located along the bottom corners of the bar housing. Either cord will release both latches, allowing you to lift up the back bar. When the latches disengage, the teeth roll back into the frame tracks, freeing the sides of the blind for easy rolling. Simply fold the back bar down and roll up the blind the rest of the way.
Then secure the rack to the cab with the built-in nylon straps and heavy-duty plastic buckles. These straps help prevent the pickup truck's cargo from making contact with the cab while driving. And the 4 rubber bumpers serve as a soft barrier between the roll-up and the pickup cab.
Robust construction
The Revolver X4ts rugged aluminum and vinyl construction makes it the perfect fit for your truck, no matter what you do for work or play. This roll-up cover is strong enough to support up to 400 pounds of evenly distributed weight when deployed. The 1/4-inch thick aircraft-grade aluminum T-bars are covered in a matte black vinyl shell that provides superior impact, UV, and weather resistance. It is this skin that gives it a soft, sleek look. While the Revolver X4ts may look like a soft cover, its aluminum frame provides exceptional security.
Felt strips on the underside of the roll-up tonneau cover help keep the bars from scratching the vinyl top when you roll up the cover. The soft felt will also protect your hands when the cover gets hot or cold. And rubber strips cover the side grab bars, cab grab bars, and tailgate of your truck, creating a seal that helps hide any gaps and prevents water from getting in.
Easy installation without drilling
Installation of the Revolver X4ts is simple. All you need is a wrench, and there is no need to drill anything. The frame rails attach tightly to the inside of the pickup bed side rails, forming the base for the roller blind. The included bolts secure the front hinge to the cab frame rails.
Slotted brackets on the ends of the side rails allow you to move the bolts if you need to adjust the roller blind for a tight fit. These brackets ensure that the frame is properly aligned with the side rails of your pickup bed. This eliminates the trial and error of installing the rails - you won't have to put them on and then take them off again to get the right fit. Pre-installed spacers and shims also help ensure that the Revolver X4ts rails are properly installed in your pickup bed.
BAKBox 2
FOLDABLE & EASILY ACCESSIBLE
Full access to the body can be gained in seconds by simply folding the BAKBox 2 towards the front of the body. Access to the BAKBox 2 is possible from either side of the vehicle. When opened, latches automatically lock the box in place, making it easier to use.
SAFE DESIGN, ORGANIZED PICKUP BODY & WIDE VARIETY OF USES
The BAKBox 2 will be secured and hidden when the BakFlip or Revolver trunk lid is fully closed and the trunk door is locked, ensuring a tight fit and maximum protection. The BAKBox 2 is 25 cantimeters deep and 25 cantimeters tall, and can hold up to 90 kilograms while keeping everything secure and elevated off the floor of your pickup truck. A pull-out tray is included for even more organization. The BAKBox 2 is great for outdoor events. Fill it with ice and use it as a cooler or shelf to store items on the truck bed.
