The return and exchange of goods is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", according to which the buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the day of purchase.

Return of goods from the buyer

The buyer has the right to return the product of proper quality (or exchange it for another) if the following conditions are met:

  • the product does not belong to the products that are not subject to exchange and return;
  • the product has not been used, is fully assembled and the integrity of the packaging is not violated (open packaging is not considered damage to the product appearance);
  • preserved factory (warranty) seals, labels and markings;
  • less than 14 days have passed since receiving the goods.

If these conditions are not met, the seller has the right to refuse the return. For goods of inadequate quality, other norms described in Article 8 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" apply.

To return the goods, the buyer must agree on the method of return delivery of the goods. The return of the product takes place through the postal carrier or directly in the store.

The goods are delivered at the buyer's expense, but if the goods received do not correspond to the information indicated on the website (different model, color, configuration, etc.), then the buyer will be compensated for the transportation costs.
