Our decision is final and will either replace your product free of charge or charge you a prorated replacement cost, meaning we may give you a discount to purchase an exact replacement. Exclusions to this warranty include wear and tear due to severe abrasive conditions, chemical contamination such as spilled gasoline, bleach, vehicle accidents, misuse, abuse, improper installation, misuse, etc.
