WeatherTech Roof Basket – Versatile Roof-Mounted Cargo Carrier
Travel smart and expand your cargo capacity with the WeatherTech Roof Basket. Choose from four modular configurations to transform your small car into a cargo-ready vehicle or increase the utility of your SUV.
More space means more freedom
Carry everything you need without compromise. Avoid taking two vehicles or leaving things behind. Roof Basket frees up interior room and ensures a more comfortable ride for passengers, especially on long trips.
Open-frame design for quick access
Its open layout makes loading and unloading simple. Ideal for luggage, duffels, coolers, strollers, camping gear, boxes, and more. Use high-quality tie-down straps like WeatherTech Ratchet Straps to secure your cargo safely.
Durable plastic — no rust, no corrosion
Constructed from high-strength plastic that resists rust, chipping, and corrosion. It can hold up to 175 lbs (79 kg), and weighs 25 to 35 lbs, depending on configuration. Respect your vehicle’s maximum load limits.
Customizable modular system
- Base works for cars like Corolla or compact SUVs (CR-V, RAV-4).
- Width Extender fits full-size SUVs like Suburban or Expedition.
- Length Extender allows more bulky items.
- Max kit offers both length and width extensions.
