The JL-JK-OBA air system is designed for dependable performance in the harshest environments. This is a 100% bolt-on system — no drilling, welding, or body modifications required.
At the heart of the kit is a powerful waterproof Kleinn 6450RC compressor (150 PSI, 100% duty cycle) and a 2.8-gallon (10.6 L) air tank mounted on a rugged custom steel platform with a protective cage and an integrated skid plate that doesn’t compromise ground clearance.
Thanks to full waterproofing, the compressor can be fully submerged — perfect for water crossings and off-road adventures. The system easily inflates tires up to 37 inches and powers air lockers, small air tools, and Kleinn horns.

Optional Add-On: Train Horn Kit
Add a true locomotive sound with the JK220 or JL220 Dual Train Horn Kit, specifically designed for this system. Producing a massive 154.2 dB, the horns install easily with included brackets — 100% bolt-on, no body mods required.
